Liquid tank sealed high-efficiency filters are ideal terminal filters for industrial cleanrooms and biological cleanrooms, as well as ideal matching filters for other purification equipment. Liquid tank sealing is a method that is superior to the commonly used mechanical compression device sealing in China. The liquid tank sealed filter is easy to install and has a very reliable seal, making it a widely used high-efficiency filter sealing method internationally.

Advantages: High sealing performance and good leak filling ability.
Cleanroom liquid tank high-efficiency filter, without partition, using ultra-fine fiberglass filter material, with protective nets on both inlet and outlet surfaces, mainly used for high-efficiency filtration or terminal filtration of various vertical air supply cleanrooms.
Characteristics of non partitioned liquid tank high-efficiency filter:
(1) Mainly used for filtering air suspended particles above 0.3um, as the end filtration of various filtration systems.
(2) The filter is sealed with a special sealing agent around it to ensure the sealing of the entire filter.
(3) Install spray protection nets on the inlet and outlet surfaces of the filter to protect the filter paper from damage.
(4) The filter material is made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, separated by hot melt adhesive.
(5) Due to the flange on the outlet face of the filter, the dimensions of the inlet and outlet faces are not consistent. Customers need to provide the dimensions of the inlet and outlet faces when customizing.
(6) All filters undergo rigorous testing before shipment, with a 100% pass rate.
